## Recommended selection and rationale

**Recommended selection:** Yes — some information is third-party assured.

**Rationale:** Rempah Warisan Bernam has completed selective third-party verification for headline operational metrics (notably the Waste Rate). Other KPIs and governance disclosures are internally verified and scheduled for phased assurance as data maturity improves.

### What is not yet assured
Most governance disclosures, HR metrics, and several operational KPIs remain internally verified. These are subject to selective third-party assurance in future cycles based on risk and stakeholder priorities.

### Planned assurance roadmap
- **Short term (next 12 months):** Repeat verification of headline waste metric; add selective assurance for energy consumption and grievance remediation indicators.
- **Medium term (12–36 months):** Expand assurance to supplier compliance scorecards and a sample of labour and safety KPIs; publish verifier names and assurance statements on the Evidence page.
